Harvey Homes are pleased to announce the opening of the first show home on ‘The Laurels’ development on Copthorn Road. The showhome will be open from 11am – 5pm on Saturday 26th March 2011 & Sunday the 27th March 2011. Due to the amount of guests expected to attend over this first weekend of opening, car parking facilities have been set up behind the property at 142 Llanrwst Road.

Harvey Homes have won the Conwy County Borough Council, Building Excellence Award in the ‘best small developer’ category for their development in Deganwy. As the winner of this award, this also takes Harvey Homes through to the nominations stage of the prestigious North Wales award in the category.

With the new year upon us, Harvey Homes are pushing forward with their two new build houses on Copthorn Road. Now at the stage of fitting out the interiors, the show house on this development is still on target for completion in March, with an open day scheduled for the third weekend of the month.

Harvey Homes have won the ‘Best Small Housing Development’ award for Wales in the Local Authority Built In Quality awards.
Having won the award firstly for the Conwy area, they  went on to claim the award for North Wales and then the overall Welsh national award. Unfortunately the UK award was narrowly missed having been short listed in the final ten developments.
“Having got so close to the national award this year, my focus for the Copthorn Road development is to further improve our homes and hopefully come home next year as national champions” John Harvey said after the awards ceremony in London, presented by Gyles Brandreth.
